Notes:
If you want to test the Stripe payment portion of this demo in either this environment or your own environment, there are a couple additional settings to configure:
- Connect your Stripe Test Account within Forms > Settings > Stripe
- Make sure the Gravity Forms Stripe Add-On payment collection method is set to the Stripe Payment Form (Stripe Checkout, SCA-ready) choice.
- In the Form Stripe Feed settings, update to use your Test Account.
- In the Workflow Step for ‘Sponsorship Payment’ modify the step settings.

Create the sponsorship form
Add fields to your new form to capture the questions that are appropriate to your podcast.
Add approval steps
Assign new submissions to staff member(s) to triage the fit review and Approve/Reject. If you also add a User Input step, an approval step can also Revert an entry back to a different assignee for more info.
Generate a PDF term sheet or contract
The PDF Generator extension lets you map entry data into a branded template and deliver it for sign-off. With additional approval step loops, the sponsor asking for ‘one more thing’ doesn’t ever require you to directly edit a PDF.
Configure a Stripe Payment
The Gravity Flow Stripe Extension allows you to add a single checkout step at any point in the workflow, including after everything has been approved by staff and confirmed by client.
