Each form can have its’ own workflow where different steps are completed by assignees (or automation).
Define your checklist
Identify which forms are a part of the checklist and whether they have to be completed sequentially.
Add the checklist to a page
You can define multiple parameters in the page for how the checklist will look to users. From this one page, they will be able to complete all of the forms in the checklist.
